The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing high-quality candidates with a data-driven approach and consistently and proactively identify talent to build a strong candidate pipeline and bring top talent through the recruiting process. Our Recruiter will build trust with key stakeholders, and collaborate with leaders and peers. So, what will you do at Monograph as our Recruiter?
Own, manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions from sourcing to offer; support the offer process with compensation negotiation and delivering the verbal offer.
Design and direct the recruitment strategies, recruitment processes and procedures, and candidate assessment practices on a consistent basis in partnership with hiring managers.
Manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and priorities.
Prioritizes diversity recruiting strategies and plays an instrumental role in driving inclusion and diversity through hiring.
Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with leadership and hiring managers.
Highly organized, effective communicator, possess the ability to prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that reflect our company values.
Possess a strong ability to source, screen, interview, and manage candidate processes while maintaining a focus on a positive candidate experience.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for all levels of talent.

Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
