Today, Monograph is joining forces with Total Synergy.
This is a big moment for both companies, but more importantly, it is a big opportunity for the architecture and engineering firms we serve.
A&E firms do extraordinary work. They design the places where we live, work, learn, and gather. Yet many still run their businesses through disconnected systems, manual processes, and tools that were never built around how their teams actually work.
We believe they deserve better.
Monograph has built one of the most modern and intuitive platforms in the market. It has earned the trust of firms across the US by making it easier to manage projects, teams, billing, and performance in one connected system.
Total Synergy brings decades of A&E experience, a strong international presence, and deep expertise in helping more complex firms manage their operations. The Total Synergy family also includes Factor A/E, which serves small and growing A&E firms in the United States.
Monograph and Total Synergy have each built something valuable. Together, we have the chance to build something much bigger.
This is not about putting two logos next to each other. It is about bringing together the best teams in the industry, backing them with significant additional investment, and building a family of products for architects and engineers with different needs. Not every job is the same, and not every firm needs the same tools. But every product we build will share the same promise: modern software designed around how architects and engineers actually work.
For Monograph customers, there are no immediate changes to the product, contracts, workflows, or support channels you rely on today. Monograph’s mission remains the same: to help architecture and engineering firms run their businesses more easily with modern software designed around how they actually work.
What changes is how far we can take that mission.
We now have a broader team, deeper industry expertise, and more capacity to invest in the products and experiences our customers need. We can learn faster, build faster, and serve a much wider range of firms without losing sight of what made each company successful in the first place.
I will lead the combined company, and Ashish Desai will continue as Chief Product Officer, working closely with the Monograph team to shape what comes next.
There is a lot of work ahead. Bringing companies together is never simple, and we will be thoughtful about how we do it. We will listen closely to customers, be clear about what is changing, and avoid making promises before the work is ready.
But the opportunity is real.
We have the chance to build the leading software company for architecture and engineering firms. One that understands the industry deeply, makes complex work easier, and gives firms the clarity they need to run stronger businesses.
To the Monograph team: thank you for building a product and a brand that earned the right to take this next step.
To our customers: thank you for trusting us with such an important part of your business.
And to everyone across Monograph and Total Synergy: this is our chance to take what each team does best and build something stronger together.
Let’s go build this thing!
